Your Wedding at The Laurel Room of High Vista

We pride ourselves on being a one-stop-shop.  We are happy to organize and execute your wedding from beginning to end, including rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and ceremony site.

For smaller events such as baby showers, bridal showers, corporate retreats or meetings, and other special events, please contact us directly for "off-peak" pricing.

We provide:

  • Rehearsal dinner space in The Laurel Room for up to 140 people.


  • Ceremony site overlooking the mountains and golf course. Chairs are not provided, though we are happy to provide contact information for a reputable rental company.


  • Cocktail hour either on our outdoor veranda or indoor/outdoor covered pub and patio area, for your guests to enjoy while you snap photos!


  • Reception space for up to 140 people, including a dance floor, full bar, outdoor covered and uncovered balconies with spectacular mountain views.  Bar packages are tailored to each individual wedding, including options for open bar, cash bar, or a combination of the two.​


  • Catering by an experienced culinary team, headed by Chef Marc Galipeau. We also work hand-in-hand with a talented team of pastry chefs from Ivory Road Cafe & Kitchen in Arden, NC to provide the highest-quality breads, dessert bars, and wedding cakes.



Pricing and Packages

Prices below are estimates based on an average wedding package.  We are happy to provide money-saving options and/or extra add-ons to make your event unique to you!


All prices are for a 5-hour event.  We allow access to the event space before the event for set-up, and can also accommodate the bridal party with space for dressing and styling for the event.  We are happy to discuss options for shorter or longer event times.  Prices below include everything you need to hold an event: Tablecloths and Napkins, All Dining Ware (plates, utensils, glasses, serving dishes, etc), Private Parking Lot, Access to Bride & Groom Rooms, Security Guard-Monitored Entry and Exit, and Handicap-Accessible Entryways.


Event Space Rental Pricing

  • 35-75 Person Wedding - $2350


  • 75-110 Person Wedding - $2800


  • 110-140 Person Wedding - $3200


Optional Event Space Additions:

$750 for use of Ceremony Space overlooking the golf course and mountains

$400 for Cocktail Hour space, set-up, and service

$500 for use of The Laurel Room for Rehearsal Dinner

$275-$375 for use of On-Site Ceremony Tent, includes set-up & break-down

Additional Rentals & Fees:

$250/hour to Extend Event Hours Booked

$350 Set-up Fee of Center-pieces, Florals & Off-site Event Rentals & Items

$600 Coordination Fee without Vetted Vendor for Day-of Coordination

$250 Cleaning Fee for use of glitter, feathers, and other prohibited items

$75-$275 Linen Up-Charge for Specialty Pressed, Floor-length Linens in a Variety of Colors 

$16/Each for Cocktail Table Linens

$15/Hour for Additional Servers/Bartenders
